Telkom take poor service to a whole new level

Needed to get my adsl line, was told it will be done on the 30th of November, still waiting for a technician to show up. The excuses I have received so far are, communication error, system is offline, address needs verification, technicians working on the lines in my area. Telkom is absolutely useless
