Telkom Table Bay Mall loses device, Manager says "its not my problem call 10210"

We sent our Telkom mobile contract phone in for insurance repair at the Telkom store in Table Bay mall (where we took out the contract) in October. It is now 2 months later, they dont know where the phone is and the managers words to us "its not my problem, call Telkom service line"
