Telkom System Down and No One Will Call Back???

I am interested in an unlimited broadband package from Telkom. On Telkoms website you have to fill in your details and submit a request if you are interested. For the past two days, this request times out from the website, I have tried this on multiple devices through multiple connections... The request does not go through?<br> <br> All I want, is for a sales consultant to phone me for a product that I am interested in?
