Telkom Switchboard

Good day, <br> We started dealing with Leanne from Telkom on the 20 May 2015 regarding buying a switchboard from them.<br> <br> On the 04 of June we paid the deposit of R5755.07 for the switchboard to be installed.<br> <br> On the 27 of August we cancelled the request due to the fact that Leanne never processed the requested an d being a business we could no longer tolerate this poor service.<br> <br> Since today I frequently send emails to her and her boss Sylvester requiring our deposit to be paid back.<br> <br> Needless to say......nothing to this date.<br> <br> Should you ever need a switchboard to be installed think again.
