Telkom Swindling Me

Telkom is still billing me even after canceling my contract when it ended. Its been three years later but I still get monthly statements indicated I ow them money. I called them several times and visited their branches, they would claim that my services are cancelled when I asked for a confirmation letter I was told they don't issue out such letters.
