Telkom swapped my cellphone for a Vodacom phone!

<p>I gave my Huawei P8 Lite in for repairs in early Dec 2016. After much waiting I went to the Mall@Reds branch to check for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was ready but was a swapped-out phone. So I specifically asked if it was a second-hand phone as it was not in the box like a brand new phone. The Telkom lady insisted that it was a "brand new phone".</p> <p> </p> <p>I video-recorded it all.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got home and charged the phone it boots up with a Vodacom logo and Vodacom wallpaper. CLEARLY a second-hand phone from another provider. On closer inspection the phone also has light scratches.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my original phone back repaired or a brand new phone as I was told.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am going to report this as ***** and contact the CPA and Ombudsman about this. How can a phone under warranty be replaced with a second hand phone from another provider?? This is not on and probably *******.</p>
