Telkom swab data intentionally

So a week ago I loaded R150 Data for 20GB guess what Telkom does, if you don’t refresh your simcard then Telkom use your Day data not morning data as intended. However this is what’s funny about telkom. If you are using morning Data and don’t refresh after 7 o’clock then Telkom automatically they move you to day data. Yet they don’t do the same for mid night data. Today I phoned Telkom and their agent by the name of Zikhona Jacobs failed to authenticate me as requested previously. I find it strange that other agents can see the pop up as requested yet this Zikohona Jacobs can’t and claim to be using a different system
