Telkom sux

Dissapointed in Afrihost / Telkom Afrihost / Telkom has not connected my DSL line since Wednesday, but naturally I have already paid for it. I called Telkom 10 times this morning to get a Technician's number who came to install the line, but again no success. The line keeps dropping or they give me another number to phone which, again, has been a waste of my time. Tyring to do Afrihost's job in trying to find a Technician from Telkom to assist me, is not my job, nor my problem.

I am appauled by the service received from Telkom. Nothing has changed with Telkom, even under a new name "Openserve."
