Telkom suspends lines for no reason!

Please run away from telkom asap My lines have been suspended since the 8th, after my debit order went off on the 5th. Everyday im being told the problem will be sorted out today but still nothing. This is not the first time its happened to me and everytime its the same problem, i have 2 lines on my telkom contract and cant do anything with it. We are paying for nothing and lines being suspended im extremely frustrated
