TELKOM Suspended account for no Reason

If I knew now i would have never ever cancelled my Cell C contrack I recieved a SMS stating my account has been suspended on the 23/07/2018 the next morning my phone is off I can receive calls but I can't call out so I called Telkom they adv. me they will escelate the matter they check my account and the account is up to date then I was told o sorry there was a glitch it will take approximately 5hours to be fix so after 7hours I called them back adv. them the same thing o we will escelate the matter it will take another 5 hours . so the next morning same problem called numerous time same story when I ask to speak with the manager they keep making excuses. o sorry he adv. we must lock a case till this day all my telkom accounts has been suspended for no reason and apparently telkom can not do there work properly as I use my accounts for work now they expect you to pay them and the end off the month and I didn't use my phone or data for a week .
