Telkom suspend my account

Good day

Please explain why Telkom customer care consultants can't help with any queries. I keep getting this below sms which is ridiculous because it's a mistake from there side.

Your account for customer 10####### has been suspended due to Credit limit.

The customer consultant Nonpumelelo Ncusi can't help me and says there is no manager or supervisor around that can assist me either. I spend so much money a month with Telkom then get treated like this. Do I have to move to a service provider that is more helpful or what do I do. Tired of wasting my time trying to sort out a mistake that was never mine.
