Telkom surprises

Utterly gobsmacked. Went to Telkom at Menlyn to alter my account, The official who helped me was engaging, eloquent, amusing, competent, and got everything sorted out in a flash without any miserable attitude. Sadly, he will probably be promoted away from the front desk. My new account is absolutely correct. Just do not understand the huge debits followed by a huge discount. Bravo
