Telkom supports *********!

Over 3 years of fighting with Telkom but the latest is probably the worst. Fiber issue took 3 years to resolve and I finally received a letter clearing my name and clearing me of any wrong doings in the first place. In the meantime my phone was ****** on 1 Dec 2019. Like a good customer, first thing I did in my state of shock, I called Telkom and asked they block the account and phone. They did not block my account, as apparently I was in collection for 1st mentioned fiber line??!! Subsequently the ******s ran up a bill in 24 hrs of over R2000. Telkom made it clear today that they want to keep me liable for that?! DONT SUPPORT THEM EVER!
