Telkom Support when your phone is ******!

Living in South Africa and having your cell phone ****** is a BIG possibility, so cancelling your cell phone with your service provider should be easy..... NOT. Last night I phoned in and pressed all the right numbers, to be informed that it was outside office hours!! I googled thinking I had wrong number, but I did not. Called this morning and was told this was due to Covid...blah ..blah. I have an Telkom app, but I couldn't get into it, not sure it would have helped, also tried supposed whatsapp service, nothing on device ******. I am seriously shocked and disappointed!!! Yowsa!
