Telkom support pathetic

Telkom service is the worst ever in the world!! They do not feel anything for small businesses and are a disgrace to RSA. PLEASE SHUT DOWN THIS EVIL PLACE!! They changed our normal land line to a wire less telkom modem and this is not working. We are without service for 5 days already and losing money every day!! There is NO support for the customers in the rural area's. I am also 100% sure that nothing will come of this complaint as they do not care what people say or think of them and what the experience of their customers are.
