Telkom Support Pathetic

Struggling with connection speed for the last 3 days. LTE-A connection speed not more that 1 mbps.

Use the Chat to Agent on Telkom website agent just disconnects you while you explain the issue. Reason no response but I'm busy typing the current issue I have. 2nd Agent informs steps to follow then disconnects and informs me I need to go to the website for further assistance.

Support absolutely pathetic.
