TELKOM SUPPORT NON EXISTENT

OVER 10 YEARS LATER STILL HAVE BUSH TELEPHONE. Now line down. No landline. No internet as MWeb goes through Telkom. After reporting my bush telephone line dead this is the response from Telkom on the 28th October: Telkom SA: Dear Customer, Ticket *** is created for service ***. We will fix the issue soon. Please do not reply to the SMS. After following up on the 30 October this is Telkoms response: The fault is with assigned with a team They have advised me to wait for them as they dont have any way of contacting the repair team. So what now Telkom?
