Telkom support is of no support

have assignments do submit to www.turnitin.com. However this website never loads when i am connected to my telkom home uncapped LTE or via my telkom mobile or my wifes telkom mobile. however if i try any other network the website loads with no issue. i had to purchase a vodacom sim card and data to use. Today 25 july 2019 i am at my sisters house using her mweb internet connection. I called telkom support, they said they cant help!!! What am i supposed to do. This is website i use often. i have 2 cellphones, 4 laptops and 2 tablets, all unable to use that website when connected to telkom network. devices work perfect on any other network or ISP
