Telkom Support is not existent.

I have been trying for 3 months to activate my iMessage and Facetime with telkom and it is not working. I filled in an international roaming form, which it took them 3 months to activate. However I still can't register. Everytime I contact support they tell me that someone will look into it. Then the ticket get marked as solved without hearing from anyone or the issue being resolved.
