Telkom support(is it out there?)

I've recently switched over to your LTE offering. I've now tried around 9 times to get in touch via your website and all requests are seemingly ignored. This includes the one only link available to me to upgrade my package (which I am seriously, seriously reconsidering). In addition, despite originally being assured that this offering is not shaped at all I am seeing strong evidence to the contrary. Is it possible to get some assistance/support without phoning in and holding for 45 minute?

The LTE deal is great (when it actually works) - my one reservation in switching to Telkom was the historically poor support... sadly, that doesn't seem to have changed. Do I have any options for getting out of the contract that you forced me into to use this offering?

So Telkom got back to me after 3 days... completely ignoring my technical issues and promising that someone from sales would get back to me to sell me more stuff. I mentioned I had technical concerns but gave them the details anyway... it's now been 12 days since that and absolutely nothing. Is that the kind of support I should expect in general? If so can someone answer the question I have already asked (and which was ignored): Do I have any options for getting out of the contract I was forced into since the service and support is almost non-existent?
