Telkom supply mis information to credit bureau

Very upset with telkom, I recently joined them in December 2020 to open new contract, when I check my yearly credit report I found that there it shows that I had several miss payments in 2020 from June month onwards... Which I don't understand because the account was opened in December 2020. I need it cleared asap
