Telkom Supplies Sh*T service at Greenstone Centre

Hi have had it with the service from this branch.<br> <br> They never answer the phone, it took me 21 calls to the branch before the phone was answered.<br> <br> The Manager of the branch has absolutely zero customer service skill, as evident in her refusal to speak to irate customers when i visited the store on Tuesday.<br> As for myself, i was promised by the desk agent that the manager would find the phone i requested and call me back. <br> Till now she has not called me or let me know what is happening.<br> In fact if i had not persisted in calling the branch i would have probably still not received feedback for another 2 days!<br> <br> Then when I was finally able to get hold of the branch I was told simply that \Sorry we can not get what you requested
