Telkom supp**** wrong wi-do router

<p>I saw sales people at Newtown junction mall and I approached them because they were selling wi-fi router and as I was in need of a ****le for personal use I spoked to Thendo who is the sales person and asked for it. He promised me the ****le but two weeks later he delivered a WRONG item which was wi-fi router instead of ****le. I asked them to change it but they refused, I now don't want it and they telling me to pay the cancellation fee of R2600 that I can't afford.</p>
