Telkom sues for payment for a service they didn't deliver

Telkom assured me that their new service was the solution to my problem in Bedfordview. Unfortunately, their new cableless system didn't give me a single day's worth of airtime. After an acknowledgement of the problem, they promised to cancel the service and close the account. And then they proceeded to harass me via Blake Collections for payment, who did their job better than Telkom. I eventually had to pay them just to get rid of them. What an indictment on parastatals who have sunk to charging for services they cannot provide!
