Telkom suddenly blocks me from making international calls

I have the same problem. After many years of using Telkom. The only thing that changed was that we switched from ADSL to Fibre. Initially though there was no problem, suddenly we are now blocked. I'm very unhappy and I hope they won't tell us we need to suddenly pay for this service. Also the 10210 number cuts before you can reach someone to discuss the matter.
