Telkom sudden arrears amount affecting my credit score!!!

Had a telephone line yeasts ago and cancelled them t 2021 . Was always in credit. Now I get a ClearScore report that I owed R187 I paid it and and am awaiting paid off letter for days plus this affects my credit score. For years no word from them and then they go out 2 months arrears on my report. Will never sign up anything with them again
