Telkom Sucks yet again

So. Telkom visited my premises to sort out the line. The man that was here told me thst I will never get the speed THAT I AM PAYING for. He stated that the copper lines are very old and TELKOM will not replace them. My internet went down now for the 4th time in 30 minutes. WHAT THE HELL AM I PAYING TELKOM FOR EVERY MONTH. *******ION !!!!!!!. BUT LET ME SKIP A PAYMENT THEN TELKOM IS QUICK TO SEND YOU A EMAIL AND CUT THE LINE. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICE AND OUTDATED CABLES.!!!!!!!!. GET YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW. I SEE A LAWSUIT COMMING.
