Telkom Sucks - tired of this no internet

We have logged a complaint with Telkom on the 21 /04/2020 with really bad internet service , to date we get a msg saying issue resolved but we still struggling , we cannot go into any website even getting a watsapp is a problem .

We have taken a 24 month contract with Telkom and want to cancel this, we are not getting any service and cannot use the internet. they moved us over from adsl line without even notifying us. Telkom sucks
