TELKOM SUCKS - SLOW SYSTEMS/AND NOW IM ACCOUNTABLE (****)

Hi - My Child got ****** with the Telephone contract i took from Telkom. Upon hearing the News I called telkom to cancel the line with immediate affect, As i didnt want the ********* to start using the cell phone Card- Telkom Canceled the line in in their Workds "You requested on 24 March 2018 12:21 PM the it was done one 24 March 2018, 15:02" But he Bought Data ********** 55 Once Fee MO 24-03-2018 12:23:17 24-03-2018 12:23:17 So now im asking with Tears in my eyes as My sn recieved a 3GB data that he didnt request. Agreed its not telkoms Fault but think about this.. 1. He's limit its set R5 - Meaning that he cannot Go over that amount yet they Billed me extra for R200 over the Amount that he was supposed to restricted to. 2. Do you guys not follow the law - I am sure I read that ICASA/NCA states that you cannot overburden a customer by making him buy more then what he can afford- If a person that earns to little telkom allows him to buy more data then what his affordability can afford? 3. Why does Telkom oversell their Products when clearly they do not abide by the LAW. They sell you a service and Up-sell it- true example - I'm paying each month for a ADSL line 2MB or 4MB p/s But i only get MAXIMUM 256kbps. What a up-sell

Telkom - You guys are sharks, And should have rather gone to MTN as they deliver what was promised - if my limit is set that's it. No one can buy - you are ****ing the poor by making them poorer by overselling a customer something when they clearly stipulated on the contract that they wish to only have a certain amount to pay each week. You guys are the **** in the telecommunication Industry and don't deserve to trade. The government/ OH shucks you are a peristyle - Well someone should take you to court for this.

People - Do not take contracts for your kids or loved-ones by this idiotic telecom's really - you will shoot yourself in the FOOT. IF you actually read your reviews through Hello Peter - What would it take to get this contract Ported to MTN - I am done
