I have reported this to ICASA, and i recomend no one ever deal with Telkom, it seems the staff are mentaly handicapped and dont care.</p> <p>ICASA has till the end of this week then im going to the papers and referring this to legal wise, Telkom can not provide what was promised, this constitutes a breach of contract as confirmed by legal wise.</p> <p> </p> <p>ANY PERSON READING THIS POST, DONT BATTLE FURTHER GO TO ICASA AND THEN SEEK OUT LEGAL ADVISE.
