Telkom sucks SA

I cancelled my Telkom landline may be a year ago and on credit bureau information showingh that i am missing payments from 2018 July. And i called the telkom ans asked them what payment that i am missing and they cant see any payment pending on their side.Please resolve this issue urgently as it effecting my credit information every month.
