Telkom sucks I regret having contracts with them

On June I app**** for a p40 lite with telkom and July I saw an ad about their so called July promotion. I called almost every week of July to enquire about my order but no help I called begging of this month I was told my order coming with courier I should wait for them last week I called finally some lady told me the true she told me that everytime I call they dnt do anything I ask for email for their complain department she gave me two of itwhich I send emails to but no response today I called and some lady told m my order was decline because they didn't get once off payment I ask her how can you go to my account without telling me? You should have send me email notifying me that my order is pre approve awaiting once off payment but no they didn't do that telkom sucks. Please someone help me I have two contacts with telkom which i want to cancel it I want nothing to do with telkom iam so fed up and disappointed and embarrassed that phone was supposed to be a surprise gift for my fiancé which I was supposed to give it to her immediately after I propose which it happened in July but no gift thanks to telkom iam alex *** or *** or ***
