Telkom Sucks!!!

Wow after thinking that Telkom has there customers best interest at heart i had a rude awakening that let me to believe that there is alot of inexperienced people at Telkom...there accounts department is a joke and people can't be continuously penalized for errors thats made on Telkoms side. I let the debit of the full amount of 603.odd rand that was deducted from my banking account slide because I want this up and down issues to end. I wasn't even informed that this was gonna happen...today i asked them again why there system after 2 weeks still say that I'm in arrears....my network i still not restored...and they deducted even this months deduction already. I'm so disappointed in Telkom because it clearly tells me that they are Bullying me and that if they doing this to me....how many others are they not doing it to.I was told that my service will be active within 2-4 hours today....an it's been 6 hours and there's still nothing.Telkom really sucks!!!
