Telkom sucks

Telkom hands me over as I did not make payment, but i have proof of all payments made since my account was opened. an amount was added to my account without my knowledge. when i request a call back, i wait hours and when i do someone thenthe call gets dropped. i have been struggling with this mobile account for 3 months. the mobile has been suspended but i get no assistance from Telkom to sought out this issue.
