Telkom Sucks every single time...

Telkom really does suck - I have cancelled and paid up fully my outstanding account with them but to date I haven't yet received a paid up letter - I called the Telkom call centre 3 times and requested this but nothing has come yet and they haven't yet updated the credit bureau to show my account is up to date with them. - So now my payment history with the credit bureau is showing as a bad payer which is absolutely wrong. There is just no service delivery at Telkom and the attitudes is of an " I don't care attitude". There is no one at Telkom that is helpful at all. Its is so so sad that such a huge organisation does not make this a priority to develop better.
