Telkom Sucks Eggs

One gets a bill, pays it and nothing gets connected. When one phones, one gets told that a previous payment was rejected, but the amount that was rejected, shows on the latest invoice as paid with a thank you, so now they want one to pay the so called rejected payment before anything happens. Who is lining their pockets with the so called rejected payments, even though it reflects as paid on the latest invoice. This is ******** people to make extra money.
