TELKOM SUCKS

I took out a contract with telkom but there was a manufacturing issue everytime I turned the wifi on the phone would restart I took it back within the 7 day period and that was in the first week in June at the end of June not only did I still not receive a new phone telkom debit my account as if I used the phone!!! Now I'm trying to get my money back 2 months later and they now asking me what's wrong with the phone as if I'm a technician!!! I want my money!!
