telkom sucks

should have minus zeros for this company...went into store to get a phone thats under warranty repaired... and they didnt want to sort it out due to bringing in the wrong paperwork!!!..problem is i did chat online to someone from telkom and i did bring in what they requested online so obviously the system is flawed..besides that one of my staff members was also conned into getting a contract that she didnt want from them..stay away from telkom mobile especially the galleria branch in toti..bunch of rogues and waste of time...cant wait for the contract to finish
