Telkom Sucks

Telkom debited my bank account but they've suspended my contract with them, I've been calling their customer care lines since Sunday 07 June 2020 and I can't reach not even one agent, I've been paying their contract very well never gave them problems when it comes to payments, this is really bad service now I can't make calls but I've paid for the service, this really sucks, my contract with them is coming to an end in August and I don't see myself renewing it.
