Telkom sucks

I am trying since August 2021 to cancel my parents landline. We have send numerous emails with no response. The only thing that I’ve got is a ref number after we cancelled the service. Now we received a final warning that Telkom will hand over my parents account for payment. REALLY TELKOM SUCKS. They cant hear and Telkom is not willing to help me. My parents are 88 and 90 years old. BAD SERVICE FOR SURE.
