Telkom sucks

Since 12 June 2023 I have had no landline or ADSL. Telkom is still charging me. They disconnected us to force us to get fiber. So we got fibre. They said I can only get ip voice after 19 July 2023. That's when it will be canceled. Now I have proof that it was canceled on 19 July. That is now being disputed. They say it's not. So please if you want anything from telkom please be careful. They give you the run around and lie to you. Once they got you to sign for fiber they don't care. I worked for them for 22 years. They lay the blame on Metro fibre. Metro fibre told us thats a old thing of telkom they like to pass the buck. Just seems like they just don't know what they are doing
