Telkom sucks

I went to a telkom store in ****arney mall on the 29th and of October and bought R50 airtime but it didn't reflect on my phone I went back to the store and was told that they were experiencing recharge problems. Later that day it still did not reflect. I called the customer service and they said they will sort it out nothing happened. On the 8th after several phone calls they told me they have logged a query and I will be contacted. Till today 13th November no one has contacted me and everytime I call I'm put on hold for more than 40 minutes then told that someone will get back to me. They said on their system it shows that I was at their store and it showed that I bought the airtime and that the lady who assisted me at the store had indicated on the system that airtime was bought but no one wants to resolve my query. I want my money back
