Telkom Sucks

I bought data for R260 the off peak unlimited but didn't reflect on my 📱. I called customer care, which the agent confirmed that they were experiencing similar issues of unallocated data. To my surprise they said it takes 72 hours for the matter to be 'allocated' not resolved, 'allocated. That's pathetic service for myself as Im a work from home guy. I tried explaining they flatly refused and have a nerve to ask me to rate their service! The first agent agreed that they will mark the matter as a high priority, but still nothing. Telkom really don't care about service and customers. Telkom Sucks!!!!
