Telkom sucks

I moved from landline to mobile and now my world has been turned upside down . It is a voice and data package with a new d-link router and it works ****. the voice is so bad you can not hear what they are saying and now after 2 months I don't have mobile coverage anymore-- I'm in Mid CBD Pretoria - How is that possible ? Only option is to move to fibre now and try my luck there . Stay away fro TELKOM . if you have a problem each department will move the issue to the next department
