Telkom Sucks

I have made phone calls to customer care, went to the branch for the whole of April and we now in May.I have not been able to make and receive calls yet money is being deducted off my account. From the 01st of March I have been making trips and calls to Telkom with no success.Wait for seven (7) days that’s all they say and I have waited for 2 months.Telkom you suck and I am not renewing my contract with a sht service provider.
