TELKOM SUCKS

for the past 4 weeks my LTE speed seems to be Throttled at 6pm until 6am... this isnt only in my area as i have asked a few people to check it as well... Telkom has still not made any contact with me regarding this issue, this is the worse service i have ever received... RAIN has better customer service.... Dropping telkom and moving to another network and suggested everyone i know using telkom do the same
