Telkom sucks - CAN'T DELIVER ON APPROVED APPLICATION

App**** for LTE Router (Telkom Feb/Mar Special) on 20 February. We got confirmation that it was approved and had a lengthy chat with a Telkom consultant. Since 20 February we receive random messages that the application is receiving their attention. On 13 March we received a call to query if we are in Strydompark. *** what is on the application, certainly not Strydompark. Tuesday is a month and we're still waiting for the Telkom LTE router to be delivered. Is this a ****? This country is so *******, and public service is non existent. My advice to anyone out there be careful, we've been trying since December 2017 to get a LTE data router and have been banging our heads against doors since then. Thinking Telkom would be the answer .... yeh right .... Take your service and shove it.
