Telkom Sucks

I pay for a 10Mbs line and I get ****ps. Ive been charged for penalties because of Telkom's incompetence and I've been embarrassed publicly by being accused of *****ing a sales woman's cellphone. My internet is not working at the moment and I cannot get hold of anyone to fix it. I would love to just cancel and walk away but the manager of Telkom, Frans, couldn't assist with the accusations of theft, I won't hold my breath for assistance with service.
