Telkom sucks

experiencing endless problem with telkom . suspended my line twice this month stating that i havent made payment yet its not even due date for a debit order. had to pay 226 for reconnect just for them to suspend me once again 4 days later . yet 2 days ago debit went off. kindly reconsider if wanting to do business with TELKOM. flipping useless and suck as a network provider .
