Telkom Sucks!!!

I have no idea how a person is suppose to do any business with Telkom. I have requested for our fiber line to be moved from our old home to a new address and for 3 weeks I have been given the run around. Every time you phone you get told your order is with the back office BUT absolutely nothing happens. When you want to escalate or report the BAD BAD service the consultants just tell you sorry we are not allowed to give out managers details - how ****** convenient. It is now nearly 4 weeks later and still no joy- Telkom sucks!!! People warned me but I refused to believe that they are that bad, well they are actually worse.
